Group Remote Energy Healing for Heart

This is a remote healing session via Zoom.  In this session, I will give remote energy healing to help heal your heart.  This healing is intended to help clear out old hurts and make room for more love and compassion.  I will lead the group in a gentle guided meditation then deliver the energy healing.  After approximately 15 minutes of energy healing I will then give some journal prompts, affirmations and coaching to help you keep your heart open.  I will end the hour with open q&a.
