New Year Workshop!

This workshop will be approximatly 90 minutes.  I will first walk you through  guided imagery to help you receive your "word of the year".  I have been doing this for several years and find it super helpful to keeping me on track during the year.   I will give you affirmations intended to help keep you encouraged and empowered for 2024.  I will give you some journal prompts as well as other ideas to help make your journal more useful to you.  Definitely have your journal with you at the time of class.  I will be giving you lots of other tools, ideas and coaching to help you set yourself up for success in the new year!   There will also be time for imdividual question and answers for a personalized experience.  Please email me with any questions!   Once you purchase, you will receive an email with a ticket that has the Zoom link to attend.  KEEP THAT EMAIL, STAR IT as that is your personal invite.  There's no refunds for this event.
